AI chatbot for your website that answers, books and hands over

Your site, answering questions at 2am from your own material, booking the appointment and handing over to a person the moment it should. We build it, wire it in and run it.

What it does from day one

Six things, built, wired in and run by us. You bring the brief and the brand.

  • Answers from your own materialYour site, your documents, your price list, and the answers that used to live in someone's head. We write those up and keep them current.
  • Open all nightA factual answer in seconds at 2am, when nobody is around to ring and the visitor would rather not anyway.
  • Hands over the moment it shouldA live person if someone is on, a booked callback with the full transcript if not. Handover is designed in from the start.
  • Books the appointment in the chatOffers a slot from your calendar and confirms it there and then. No form, no waiting for a reply.
  • Every conversation in your CRMName, question, outcome and transcript on the contact record, and a Slack or email alert to your team when it matters.
  • Stays in its laneScoped to your business, declines to be talked out of it, and logs any attempt so you can see it happened.

One conversation, start to finish

From the question to the CRM record, every step is ours. Where the handover to a person sits is your setting, not our ceiling.

  1. A visitor asks

Do you cover my postcode, what does it cost, can somebody call me. Typed into the corner of your site, in their own words.

  2. It answers, from your material only

The reply comes from your pages and the documents you nominate, nothing outside them. Edit the material and the answers change with it.

  3. It hands over when it should

Anything it cannot answer, or anything that needs a person, goes to a live person or a booked callback with the transcript attached.

  4. It logs, follows up and reports

The contact record updated, the follow-up sent, and a weekly note on what people asked and what your site should say better.

What it runs on

The night shift

Nobody in the building. This is the job doing itself at eleven at night, and what you see in the morning.

The chair empty, the chat panel open, the visitor answered.
What the visitor sees: the question, the answer, the slot, four seconds.

Questions we get asked about this

How is this different from the chat widget our website builder includes?
Those answer from a generic model plus whatever it scraped, which is how they invent an opening time. Ours answers only from material you nominate and can edit, hands over to a person when it should, and lands every conversation in your CRM. The difference shows on the questions that matter to your business rather than on the ones any model can answer.
Can it book appointments and take details?
Yes. It offers a slot from your calendar and confirms it in the chat, takes a name and number when the visitor wants a callback, and creates the record in your CRM. The visitor gets the answer first and leaves details if they want to; nothing is held back behind a form.
What happens when it cannot answer?
It says so and hands over: to a live person if someone is on, otherwise it takes the details, books the callback and sends your team the whole transcript. Every unanswered question is logged as well, and a fortnight of those tells you exactly what your site should explain better. We fold them into the material, so the widget gets sharper every week.
What if somebody tries to misuse it?
It is scoped to your business and declines to be talked out of that scope. No homework, no discount it has no authority to give. Any attempt to redirect it is logged so you can see it happened.
What do you need from us?
The brief, the brand and the access: what you want it to handle, how you sound, and a login to your site and your CRM. Everything after that is us.

Got a question about your own site? Ask it on a call, or send us the brief and we will come back with a fixed price.
