AI video production for brand films, explainers and social

Brand films, explainers, social cuts and voice, on a pipeline that makes the fortieth piece cost a fraction of the first. You bring the brief and the brand. The rest is ours.

What we make

Four things, cut from one library. The second piece costs a fraction of the first, and the fortieth costs almost nothing.

  • The brand filmThe two minutes that say who you are. Homepage, pitches, the top of every funnel.
  • Product and process explainersNinety seconds that stops you explaining the same thing on every sales call.
  • Social cutsVertical, captioned, hooked in the first second. Forty from one shoot, not four.
  • Voice and narrationScripted, recorded and mixed in one consistent voice across the whole series.

Why it costs a fraction of an agency

Nothing on the right needs a bigger budget than the left. It needs the work set up as a process instead of a series of unrelated projects.

  • A shoot is an event you plan for a month

A pipeline you feed, that produces on a schedule

  • Every video starts from nothing

Every video starts from a template, a voice and a library

  • One deliverable per production day

A long piece plus forty cuts, from the same day

  • Changing a line means reshooting

Changing a line means changing a line

Files, footage, spec and templates are handed over. Yours, in your accounts.

A UGC-format explainer, eight seconds with sound: the presenter is generated, the words are ours, and it was made in an afternoon.
A cinematic push-in on a generated portrait, ten seconds, from the same pipeline.

The day-to-day, all of it automated

Fourteen jobs a specialist does by hand. The run does every one, on a schedule, inside the tools you already use. You see the results, not the work.

The night shift

Nobody in the building. This is the job doing itself at eleven at night, and what you see in the morning.

The timeline moving on its own, the fortieth cut costing what the first did.
A brand film from the pipeline itself: ten seconds, generated, the way the fortieth would be.

Questions we get asked about this

Is this AI video, or real footage?
Both, and we use each where it wins. Real footage of your premises, your team and your product carries the pieces that are about you. Generated and motion-designed sequences carry the abstract parts, the product visualisations, the transitions, the things with no camera-able subject. We do not generate a person and imply they work for you.
We have no footage at all. Where does it start?
With one production day scoped to feed a year, not one film. More coverage, more angles, more of the useful material like hands doing the work. The library is the asset. The first film is just what gets cut from it first. Where a shoot is not possible, the whole piece is generated to your brand.
How does it stay on brand across dozens of pieces?
The brand spec exists as a file, not as taste: typography, colour, lower-third treatment, pace, voice, how a piece opens and closes. It applies to the fortieth cut exactly as it did to the first.
Who owns the files?
You do. Project files, raw footage, the brand spec and the templates are handed over, so leaving never means starting your visual identity again from nothing.
