AI email marketing automation, run end to end from your domain

The whole email programme, run for you. Strategy, copy, branching sequences, live segments and deliverability, sent from your own domain and stopped the moment somebody replies.

Six things we run

The whole programme, from the plan to the send. You bring the brief and the brand.

  • Strategy and calendarWhich sequences, which segments, which sends, on which days, planned from your goals. You approve the plan, once.
  • Copy in your voiceEvery subject line, email and follow-up written to a voice guide built from what you have already published.
  • Sequences that branchWelcome, nurture, onboarding, post-purchase, win-back. Each step decided by what the reader actually did.
  • Segments that update themselvesBuilt from your CRM, your site and your sales, and resegmented every night rather than once a quarter.
  • Deliverability, set up and watchedDomain authenticated, list cleaned, reputation monitored, so what you send lands in an inbox and not a spam folder.
  • Sent, measured, reportedEvery send goes out on schedule and comes back as numbers you can check: opens, clicks, replies, revenue.

It stops the moment they say yes

Everyone sells the branching. We build the stop conditions in as well, so no sequence ever talks over a customer who has already answered.

  • They reply

The sequence ends that second. A conversation has started and nothing automated talks over it.

  • They book, buy or sign

It stops asking for the thing they have just done.

  • They ask to be left alone

Suppressed for good, in a list that survives a re-import of an old spreadsheet next year.

  • They go quiet

It stops after an agreed number of attempts. Nobody is chased indefinitely.

  • Something looks wrong

A spike in bounces or complaints pauses sending and tells you, before the domain takes any damage.

What we run it on

Best in class for each job, and all of it in your own accounts. The platform you already pay for stays; we wire it to the rest.

  • HubSpot
  • Brevo
  • Mailchimp
  • Klaviyo
  • ActiveCampaign
  • Salesforce
  • Gmail
  • Shopify
  • Stripe
  • n8n
  • Make
  • Claude

Connected through your own accounts and your own sending domain, so the list, the data and the reputation you build up stay yours.

Fixed price, quoted before anything starts.

The build is one fixed price, whatever the job turns out to involve, and the number is in writing before we touch anything. Everything runs in your accounts, on your domain, under your name.

The day-to-day, all of it automated

Fourteen jobs a specialist does by hand. The run does every one, on a schedule, inside the tools you already use. You see the results, not the work.

The night shift

Nobody in the building. This is the job doing itself at eleven at night, and what you see in the morning.

The branch drawn on paper, the sequence running on the screen, the envelopes waiting their turn.
A frosted glass serum bottle with a black dropper on a pale limestone plinth, water droplets on the glass, a sage leaf beside it.
For a skincare brand: the launch imagery that goes into the sequence, made in the same afternoon.

Questions we get asked about this

Our open rates are poor. Can you fix that?
Yes. Most poor open rates are a deliverability problem before they are a copy problem: an unauthenticated domain, a stale list, a reputation dented by something sent two years ago. We authenticate the domain, clean the list and repair the reputation first, then rewrite the copy, and you watch the numbers move in your own platform as we go.
Which sequences do you build?
All of them. Welcome, onboarding, nurture, post-purchase, abandoned basket, win-back, renewal and event follow-up, each branching on what the reader did and each stopping the moment they reply, book or buy. You approve the plan; we write, build, send and run it.
Will it sound like us?
Yes. The copy is written to a voice guide built from what you have already published, your emails and the way you explain things on a call. It records what you stand for and the phrases you would never use, so nothing reads as a template.
What about the rules on who we can email?
Built in before the first send. The UK rules differ between writing to a company and writing to a person, and turn on how an address reached your list, so we map your list and your plan against the current guidance, wire in consent records and suppression, and keep both current as the list grows. Your list, your consent records and your sending domain stay yours.
What do you need from us?
The brief and the brand: what you sell, who to, and how you sound. Plus access to your email platform, your CRM and your DNS so the domain can be authenticated. Everything after that is us.

Tell us which sequences you want and where the list lives, and we will come back with a fixed price.
