Client onboarding and scheduling automation, from yes to day one
Everything between somebody saying yes and somebody starting, run for you: the slot booked, the paperwork signed, every missing piece chased and a clear ready-or-not before day one. You bring the brief and the brand.
From yes to day one, all of it ours
Everything between the yes and the start date, run without anyone on your side chasing a form. You approve the flow once; after that it runs every time.
- BookingReal availability across everyone who needs to be there, in their timezone, from one link. Rescheduling handled the same way.
- RemindersConfirmed on the spot, then reminded at the right interval by email, SMS or WhatsApp, without anyone on your side sending a thing.
- PaperworkContract, forms and data requests sent as a sequence, e-signed, and filed where you keep them.
- Access and accountsLogins created, tools provisioned, invites sent and equipment ordered, all ready before day one.
- ChasingEvery outstanding item chased individually, on its own clock, stopping the moment it arrives.
- Ready to startA clear yes or no before the start date, with everything gathered and in front of whoever runs the first meeting.
Chasing, one item at a time
One item, one message, on its own clock, stopping the moment it arrives.
No weekly wall of everything outstanding, which reads as a telling-off and gets ignored. Each missing piece is chased on its own until it lands, then never mentioned again.
- On the channel they actually answerEmail, SMS or WhatsApp, whichever the person last replied on, in your name and your voice.
- A live view of who is readyEvery person, every outstanding item and who it is waiting on, in one board your team reads in ten seconds.
- New clients and new hires alikeOffer accepted, documents in, accounts created, kit ordered, day one ready. Same machine, different list.
- Fixed price, your accountsQuoted in writing before anything starts, and all of it running in your own tools under your own name.

The night shift
Nobody in the building. This is the job doing itself at eleven at night, and what you see in the morning.
Questions we get asked about this
- Is this not just a calendar link?
- A calendar link books the slot. We run everything after it: the confirmation, the reminders, the contract, the forms, the access, the chasing of each missing piece and a clear ready-or-not before the start date. That fortnight is where onboarding stalls, and it is the part nobody has the hours to do by hand.
- Does it work for new employees as well as new clients?
- Yes. The same machine pointed at a different list: offer accepted, right-to-work and contract in, accounts created, kit ordered, manager briefed for day one. We build it once and run it for both.
- Will our clients feel chased?
- No. Each outstanding item gets its own short message on its own clock, on the channel the person last replied on, and it stops the moment that item lands. Nothing is ever sent about something that has already arrived. You can approve every message for the first fortnight or none at all; where the gate sits is a setting, not a rebuild.
- What does it cost?
- A fixed price, quoted in writing before anything starts. It runs in your own accounts under your own name, so nothing of ours needs switching off if we ever part ways.
- What do you need from us?
- The brief, the brand and the access: what a new client or new hire has to hand over, how you want to sound, and logins to the calendar, forms and CRM it runs on. Everything after that is us.
Got a question the list did not answer? Ask it on a call, or send us the brief and we will come back with a fixed price.
What usually gets built alongside it
Onboarding starts the moment a deal closes, so it is normally built next to whatever wins the deal.
Tell us the job. We will tell you the price.
Twenty minutes and a fixed quote in writing. You bring the brief and the brand. Everything after that is us.
